Mahalo Power is an information and lead-generation company. Actual solar installations, battery installations, and related work are performed by our independent installation partners.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to our SMS Service, you agree to the following:

Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 10 messages per month, excluding direct replies to your questions.
Message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Mahalo Power or our partners.
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP, OPT-OUT, QUIT, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE to our toll-free number, or by visiting our Opt-Out page.
You may text HELP for assistance at any time.
We will process opt-out requests immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message.

Each partner operates under their own terms, licenses, and insurance. When you engage an installation partner, your relationship with that partner is governed by separate agreements between you and the partner.

All content on our website and in our messaging system, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mahalo Power LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahalo Power LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mahalo Power (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
